Hook's Hide-a-way is the perfect escape for outdoor lovers.  The glamper is adorned with poplar covered walls, decorated in a cabin like feel.  The living room features wall to ceiling windows with wrap around views seamlessly connecting you outdoors while comfortably seating inside.  The private balcony places you over top the river to ingest the sounds of nature, your favorite book, or a glass of wine.  The kitchen is well stocked and features an induction cooktop, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and an array of snacks.  Complimentary s'mores kits and roasting sticks are provided.  The bathroom features a shower with rain like soaking head, complimentary high end toiletries provided as well as bath robes and towels.  The bedroom is privately situated from the living area and features a queen bed, sleep machine, tv and charging station.  The site is equipped with high speed internet should you need to connect.

Hook's Hide-a-way is named after the 19th century family that settled this area.  The Hook family operated the local Mill which was located on the same river bend as you view today, the mill provided grains and milled lumber for the local community.  The mill was the community center and would also host a general store and post office.
